The owners of the Cimarron Square Center in the Mountain's Edge have reportedly filed for Chapter 11 reorganization. The area was going to be a new retail center. The three owners that include Cimarron Square KG LLC of Los Angeles, Alma GW AZ LLC of Los Angeles, and Cimarron Square ROT LLC of Newport Beach have all listed assets under $7 million and liabilities over $12 million.
