Seed Company Gets Bought At Bankruptcy Hearing

A plant and flower seed distributor, Park Seed, has been bought by Blackstreet Capital at a bankruptcy hearing. Blackstreet ended up offering $12.9 million for the company. The 200 employees were also told that they would be kept on payroll for at least the next three years. At first, the creditors involved were not happy with Blackstreet's offer, but did accept it because other bidders would not agree to keep jobs in the area.     

Anyone at anytime can find themselves needing to file for bankruptcy, whether personal bankruptcy or as a company. You need to know that these matters can be resolved in a beneficial way if handled properly so that you are able to move forward with your life.
