W. Thomas Bunch II

W. Thomas Bunch II was born in Lexington, Kentucky in 1964. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1989. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1989. He was a law clerk for Bunch & Brock from 1987 to 1989.

Mr. Bunch is the co-author of Using Social Science Methods to Improve Voir Dire and Jury Selection in A Handbook of Jury Research, 1999 published by ALI-ABA. Mr. Bunch is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association. Mr. Bunch concentrates his practice in corporate reorganization under the Federal Bankruptcy Code, creditor rights and debtor’s remedies, and commercial litigation.
