The chemical manufacturer W.R. Grace has reportedly had their bankruptcy plan approved by a judge. According to reports, the company will now be able to emerge from bankruptcy protection with its new reorganization plan. The company reportedly first filed for bankruptcy in 2001 after being hit with about 110,000 lawsuits due to people's health claims in relation to some of the products. The company has been able to set up funds to settle these lawsuits.
