Real estate developer Tom Neyer Jr. has reportedly voluntarily filed for bankruptcy liquidation. According to reports, he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The developer reportedly listed debts at about $69 million while assets are allegedly at $1.4 million. Neyer also used to be a Hamilton County commissioner.
