Constar International Inc. Files for Bankruptcy

The plastic container maker, Constar, has reportedly filed for bankruptcy for the second time in two years. The company now reportedly plans on swapping its $220 million floating rate notes into $70 million of new term debt. In this plan, the company's existing stock will reportedly be cancelled. The company first filed for bankruptcy in December 2008 and emerged from that filing in May 2009.
