A Corona, California councilman has reportedly filed personal bankruptcy. Steve Nolan has reportedly listed almost $2 million in debt and about $194,000 in assets. Nolan is reportedly seeking
Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection which will eliminate most debts except for taxes. Nolan reportedly claimed that the reason for the filing was due to the state of the economy.
