Citadel Broadcasting has won court approval to exit bankruptcy over the objections of shareholders who have stated that the company is more than the executives and bankers assert. The judge ruled that the debtor had met the burden of confirmation. Originally, Citadel had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection from creditors in December.
