Home Builder Files for Bankruptcy

A home builder in the Needham, Massachusetts area has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Hasenfus Builders Inc. has reportedly filed and listed assets at $910,750 and liabilities at $1.12 million. Much of the liabilities are with creditors holding secured claims, the largest one being a $700,000 mortgage. Other mortgages add up to the rest of the debt.
